Leucadia Cyclery was approved for the California e-bike incentive program which will provide voucher incentives to low-income California residents to purchase e-bikes, including cargo e-bikes and adaptive e-bikes.
According to the State of California, “the project uses a needs-based approach by prioritizing low-income Californians and those who live in disadvantaged and low-income communities.”
The project will also commit a portion of its funding to e-bike safety and educational training, which will be two mandatory parts of the process of obtaining an e-bike.
