What You Need to Know About Murf E-Bikes
Founded in 2016 in San Clemente, CA, Murf electric bikes are designed with style for comfort and performance.
With a 52V battery for improved acceleration and easy hill climbing, you get a lot of power with these e-bikes. LED headlights make it easy to ride off-road or at night, and their fat tires (what they're known for) provide maximum comfort on various terrain. Plus, all Murf e-bikes come with a 2-year warranty (we know isn't that amazing?!).
The Different Kinds of Murf E-Bikes
The Higgs Step-Thru
What a classic ride the Higgs Step-Thru is - did we mention it's the best e-bike for shorter riders? You get a sleek looking e-bike with a lower seat, so you can enjoy a fun, fast, and easy to ride electric bike whether you're almost 5' tall or 6'4".
The Higgs Step-Thru can be adjusted to fit riders from 4’11” tall all the way to 6’4” tall. We love it for students or our shorter friends, but your dad will dig it too. This is one of the easiest Murf e-bikes to ride and the most versatile as well.
Best for: Anyone! Shorter riders like groms, students, or anyone barely over 4’11” will love this but so will your 6' 4” friend or super tall dad.

The Higgs Cargo
Compact, versatile, and ready to carry your cargo, this e-bike is smaller and features a lower center of gravity making it the perfect every day ride.
Best for: Riders 5’3” and up. Great for new riders and seasoned professionals too.

The Fat Murf is the original e-bike beach cruiser. Put simply, this OG is the best, and we really love it. With 52 volts of fun, this is one great long-range electric bike that can take you up and down hills.
Best for: The rider who wants a run, reliable, and effortless mode of transportation for everyday use. Also, we recommend this for riders 5’7” and above.

This e-bike has style. It’s the fat Murf but with a step through frame, so it’s great for shorter riders, students, and kids.
Best for: Anyone 5’2” to 6' 6” looking for a solid everyday beach cruiser-like e-bike that’s easy to get on and off of. Step-through e-bikes offer riders the most upright riding position. They are also the easiest for riders to mount and dismount.

The Alpha Murf is Murf’s fastest e-bike and built for those who want to go fast and have fun! It also has an integrated rear rack to attach surf boards, cargo, baskets, and anything else you can think of.
Best for: People who want to go fast and care about speed. Also, as this is one of their largest e-bikes it’s best suited for taller people between 5’7” to 6’7”.

Best for: This is Murf’s largest e-bike so they suggest riders be at least 5’8” and up. This is also a great e-bike for anyone with cargo carrying needs or parents who want to set their kids up to cruise with them - or friends of parents who want to be the “cool aunt/uncle”.
